Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The language of submission is Turkish.
- Researchers wishing to participate in the congress with oral or poster presentations must submit their abstracts via the abstract submission module on the congress website.
- Submissions via email or other methods will not be accepted.
- Academic titles should not be used, and abstracts must not exceed 250 words (up to two tables or figures may be included).
- All required information must be entered completely in the submission system. The full names (first and last name), department, and institution of all authors must be clearly stated in the relevant sections. Names should be written in lowercase letters with only the first letter capitalized (e.g., Murat Can, Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurology, İzmir).
- The title of the abstract should be concise and accurately reflect the study. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
- Abstracts should be structured under the following headings: Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusion, References.
- The submitted studies should contribute to scientific progress and present clear, conclusive findings.
- Abstracts can be edited in the system until the final submission deadline; however, modifications to submitted abstracts will not be allowed.
- After the submission deadline, abstracts will be reviewed, and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection based on the evaluation.
- Abstracts must be carefully reviewed for errors before submission, as they will be published exactly as submitted. Authors are responsible for any linguistic or typographical errors. Ethical responsibility also lies with the authors.
- The presenting author must register for the congress. Only registered presenters will have their presentations included in the program and abstract book.
- Once an abstract is accepted, withdrawal will not be possible. If an accepted oral presentation is not presented, and the author fails to provide a valid reason with documentation, their submissions for the next congress will not be considered.
Digital Poster Specifications
- Digital posters must be prepared in JPEG format with a 3:4 vertical aspect ratio.
- The resolution must be at least 1536 (width) × 2048 (height) pixels.
- The text should be large and readable within the given dimensions. The recommended font is Arial, with a size between 12 and 22 points.
- If the content does not fit within a single page, an additional page with the same dimensions should be created. Images and tables should be of high quality.
- Authors experiencing issues with JPEG formatting may alternatively submit their work in PPT or PPTX format.
