1. How can I obtain a permission letter to submit to my institution?

You can obtain your permission letter from the "Permission Form" section on the congress website.

2. My sponsoring company told me that my registration and accommodation reservation have been made. How can I check if my transactions are completed?

You can check your registration and accommodation status from the "Online Registration & Accommodation Inquiry" section on the congress website.

3. I would like to bring my spouse with me, how much extra do I need to pay?

You can check the accommodation prices on the congress website. The difference between the double room rate and the single room rate is the extra charge for accompanying guests.

4. My flight lands late at night, how will my airport-hotel transfer be arranged?

First, you need to send your flight details to transfer@burkon.com. Based on the details, the contact information of the person who will meet you at the airport and arrange your transfer will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.

5. How many minutes will each presentation be in the oral presentation session?

The presentation details will be provided to you in the Acceptance Letters that will be sent after the evaluation.

6. Can someone else present my paper on my behalf?

Another author listed in the paper can present it. Any changes in the presenter should be reported to the organization secretariat by email.

7. How can I obtain my invoice?

You can request your invoice by contacting the "Accounting" department at Burkon Tourism through the phone number 444 9 443.

8. I won’t be able to attend the congress, how can I obtain my certificate?

Certificates are not issued to individuals who do not attend the congress.

9. How can I obtain the photos taken during the congress?

The photos from the congress will be published on the congress website within 15-30 business days after the event.
