Abstract Submission Rules
- The language of the abstract is Turkish.
- Those who wish to participate in the congress with oral or poster presentations must submit their abstracts via the abstract submission module on the website.
- Submissions via email or other methods are not accepted.
- Academic titles should not be used, abstracts must not exceed 250 words. (2 tables or figures can be added.)
- All required information on the text creation page must be filled in completely. Full names of all authors, their departments, and institutions must be clearly written.
- The title of the abstract should be given as short as possible to reflect the study. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
- Abstracts should cover "Objective, Material and Method, Results, Conclusion".
- Abstracts to be presented at the congress should contribute to scientific development and convey a concluding message.
- Registered texts in the system can be edited until the final abstract submission date, but submitted texts cannot be edited or changed.
- Submitted texts are reviewed after the final submission deadline, and accepted or rejected based on the review.
- The text must be written without errors. Authors are responsible for typographical errors and ethical issues.
- It is mandatory for the presenting author to register. Only presentations of registered authors will be included in the program.
- Presentations cannot be withdrawn after the acceptance letter is sent.
Digital Poster Technical Specifications
- It should be prepared vertically in a 3:4 ratio as JPEG.
- It must be high resolution, minimum 1536(width) x 2048(height).
- Texts should be as large and readable as possible. Recommended font is Arial between 12 - 22 points.
- If the information does not fit on one page, a second page of the same dimensions should be made.
- Authors experiencing issues with JPEG resolution can send their working files in ppt or pptx extension.
- Files must be sent on abstract system by December 05, 2026.
