Where is my Poster?

Services Included in the Registration Fee;

• The congress registration fee includes a name badge, participation in scientific meetings, congress pocket program, congress printed materials, certificate of attendance.
• Includes participation in 12-credit credited sessions for TNS members.
• Includes participation in 8-credit credited sessions for non-TNS members.
• If accommodation is not made through the agency, an external participation fee of 115€ VAT included per day will be added to the registration fee.
• 20% VAT is not included in the prices.

Registration Cancellation and Refund Terms

• Registration cancellations must be sent in writing or via e-mail to the Congress Organization Secretariat (ozge.altas@burkon.com) along with the payment receipt.
• If requested budgets are canceled until August 01, 2026, the entire balance will be refunded.
• A 50% deduction is applied to registration and accommodation canceled between August 01 - October 01, 2026.
• No cancellation-refund transactions will be made after October 01, 2026, name changes will be accepted.
• Requests and changes regarding registration reservations must be notified in writing.
• Refunds will be made within 30 business days after the cancellation request.
• In accordance with the T.R. Ministry of Finance V.U.K., changes in the specified tax rates or additional tax liabilities will be reflected at the same rate.
